Our infinite love for the Mi-Ki breed started on Independence Day in 2008 when our first amazing Mi-Kis, Sweet Pea and Piccolo, joined our family. To our delight, we quickly discovered that they embodied every wonderful Mi-Ki trait we had heard about. To say we were smitten is putting it mildly. Thus began our love affair with the Mi-Ki breed along with our full commitment to do everything we could to serve the integrity of the breed and produce the highest quality puppies. We are ever so grateful for our Mi-Kis, who joyfully enrich our lives beyond measure each and every day.

Belle Amie Mi-kis is committed to producing the healthiest, most affectionate, beautiful, purebred Mi-Kis possible. Beyond selecting quality Mi-Kis for breeding, registering all of our Mi-Kis with the American Mi-Ki Registry Association (AMRA), DNA VIP testing every Mi-Ki, providing our Mi-Kis with the highest quality food, supplements, veterinary care, exercise, socialization and lots of love, we take additional steps to ensure we produce the healthiest possible puppies for your family.

We carefully evaluate coefficients of inbreeding and plan breedings accordingly to increase genetic diversity in our puppies. Mi-Kis with greater genetic diversity are more likely to have long, healthy lives.

Additionally, every breeding Mi-Ki at Belle Amie is OFA heart, OFA patellas and CERF or OFA eye tested. If any of our Mi-Kis fails to pass their health testing according to the best Mi-Ki standards, we will not include that Mi-Ki in our breeding program.

These are things we choose to do not only because we care, but also because we feel this is a Mi-Ki breeder's best practice. What is most important for us is to ensure that we do everything possible to produce the happiest, healthiest puppies that meet the breed standard for you and your family.

We guarantee you will receive a healthy puppy from us. We also provide a written, one year, health guarantee. In the unlikely event your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening congenital or genetic disease in the first year of its life, we will provide you with another puppy or a full refund of your purchase price.
